La Madeleine is seeking passionate Prep/Pastry Team members to prep ingredients and craft pastries in a fast-paced kitchen. Join a warm, French-inspired cafe where quality and teamwork matter.

• Maintain quality and freshness of ingredients and finished items.
• Follow recipes, portioning, and storage guidelines for consistency.
• Keep prep and pastry areas clean and organized; sanitize tools.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
