Job summary

La Madeleine in Lake Jackson, TX is hiring for a Prep/Pastry Team member to support daily pastry production and ingredient prep.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, hands-on kitchen with a friendly team, follow recipes, and help keep the prep area clean and organized. Prior kitchen or bakery experience is a plus, but training is provided. AM/PM shifts available; full-time and part-time positions with daily tip pool and benefits for full-time.

Responsibilities

• Prep ingredients with care for daily menu items.
• Assist in crafting La Madeleine's signature pastries and baked goods.
• Inspect ingredients and finished items to ensure high standards.
• Follow portioning, presentation, and storage guidelines for consistency.
• Maintain a tidy prep and pastry area and sanitize tools.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
