Job summary

The JOY FM seeks a pastry-focused team member who enjoys icing doughnuts and pastries, keeping the display stocked, and assisting with icings, fillings, and shaping pastries. The role rewards speed, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen.

Position details include 32-40 hours weekly, 5:30am-2pm Tue-Sat, with Sundays and Mondays off; hourly pay is $15.50. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and have some pastry experience.

Your skill-set must include the ability to work very efficiently while also giving high attention to detail, maintain a clean workspace, the ability to execute basic icing/pastry decorating techniques, work well with others, and to commit to excellence.

Qualifications

Your responsibilities will include icing doughnuts and pastries, keeping the front stocked with pastries as needed, and helping the rest of the kitchen staff when you are caught up on your prep. This looks like helping them make icings, fillings, and shaping pastries. Daily cleaning will also be on your to-do list. Working well with others, the ability to work quickly under pressure, and the willingness to commit to our standards of quality and cleanliness are important in our company.

DETAILS:

• 32-40hrs a week.
• 5:30am-2pm Tues-Sat.
• Saturday availability is required.
• Every Sunday and Monday off.
• Hourly pay $15.50.
• Must be able to safely lift 50+ lbs.
• Some experience/knowledge of baking is required.
• 18yrs or older.
