Qualifications

• 1+ years experience as a Pastry Cook
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time
• English fluency and additional languages preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Support Enlightened Hospitality culture
• Demonstrate baking and pastry production techniques
• Prep Mise en place to standard before service
• Maintain knowledge of seasonal ingredients
• Assist during service with prep and last-minute needs
• Communicate clearly with teams during the day and service
• Keep work area neat and practice proper storage and FIFO
