BallenIsles Country Club is seeking a pastry professional with a passion for baking to join our culinary team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. You’ll participate in production of cakes, pastries and desserts, decorate items for events, and help maintain high sanitation and food quality standards.

We offer mentorship from hospitality pros and full benefits including a 401k with company match. Full-time, on-site hours include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in production and preparation of fresh cakes, pastries, and desserts
• Handle pastry production for dining room and club functions as directed by Pastry Chef
• Follow pastry recipes and ingredient specs
• Decorate pastry items for events such as buffets and receptions
• Maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation
• Assist in planning and decorating special pastry items as needed
• Assist in monthly inventory
• Monitor controls to minimize waste and theft of food and supplies
• Comply with health and safety guidelines
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
