Responsabilités

• Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately, ensuring consistency in flavor, texture, and appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and communicate needs to management to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to develop new pastry recipes and seasonal menu items.
• Manage baking schedules to meet production deadlines and accommodate special orders or events.
• Inspect finished products for quality control, making adjustments as necessary to maintain standards.
