Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Pastry Cook in Bentonville, AR to prep and bake desserts under the guidance of the Pastry Chef. You will help execute the pastry vision and refine your baking skills in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Must have at least one year of pastry kitchen experience, be a team player with positive energy, and able to follow recipes. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required to support our growing locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pastry kitchen and ability to prep and bake desserts.
• Strong teamwork and positive energy in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to speak, read and understand basic baking directions.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all dessert and baked goods per Standard Recipe Card.
• Adhere to portion sizes, methods, standards, and kitchen rules.
• Complete daily prep list and closing checklist, maintain sanitary station.
• Report shortages or equipment issues to Pastry Chef or manager-on-duty.
