This position supports the pastry team in daily production, preparation, organization, and sanitation while developing foundational pastry skills under the guidance of senior pastry chefs.

This role emphasizes following standardized recipes, maintaining clean workstations, assisting with deliveries, and supporting service with plated desserts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Culinary or pastry education is a plus but not required.
• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not necessary.
• Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and positive attitude.
