Job summary

ViziRecruiter, LLC. is hiring a skilled Baker for their production team to assist in creating a variety of pastries and bakery items. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a high volume bake shop along with a solid understanding of bread making, pastries, and cake decorating.

This role demands excellent communication and organizational skills, along with adherence to health and sanitation standards. A Clark County Health Card is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in high volume bake shop.
• Knowledge in production, bread making, pastry, desserts, and cake decorating.
• Clark County Health Card required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the production of all bakery items.
• Produce and finish daily orders from different outlets.
• Prepare, decorate, and bake a variety of pastries and desserts.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Follow health and sanitation procedures.

Skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to perform basic and intermediate math

Effective organizational skills

Skill in establishing and maintaining effective relationships

Full knowledge of company policies

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Some college level courses preferred
