Four Seasons Resort Lanai is seeking a Pastry Cook I to join our culinary team on Lanai, Hawaii. The candidate will prepare pastries, desserts, breads, and other baked goods, upholding our high standards for quality and presentation.

This role supports daily pastry production, maintains a clean and organized station, and helps train junior team members in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Legal work authorization in United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and produce high-quality pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goods following established recipes and standards.
• Independently manage a pastry/bakery station and assist in daily production.
• Operate and clean pastry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory, rotate stock, and maintain proper par levels to ensure freshness.
