Responsibilities

• Proper scaling of ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, neat and organized work station.
• Work well as part of a team.
• Properly read dessert orders and plate them quickly and efficiently.
• Prepare all menu items following recipes and yield guides, according to departmental standards.
• Proper set-up of the service line (stocking, pars, pastry items).
• Prepare products and garnishes as needed for service line.
• Maintain a calm attitude when in a stressful, chaotic environment.
• Ability to multitask.
