Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Cincinnati is seeking a pastry team member under the Pastry Chef to assist in preparing cakes, cookies, pies and desserts according to recipes. You will keep the Bake Shop clean and sanitary, follow health codes, and work to ensure a fresh, engaging environment with a focus on safety and product excellence.

Responsibilities include daily prep for the pastry section, training staff on techniques, ordering quantities for shifts, and maintaining hygiene standards

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Culinary Arts degree preferred.
• Two years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
