North Italia is seeking Pastry Cooks / Bakers to craft breads, pastries, and desserts from scratch in a fast-paced Italian kitchen. You will follow recipes, manage prep lists, and maintain a pristine workstation while delivering beautifully presented plates. Qualifications

• Good English communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Italian breads, pastries, puddings and other desserts from scratch following recipes.
• Complete prep list, run station efficiently, stock food as needed.
• Portion products during baking and ensure plate presentation looks great.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation and follow sanitation standards.
