Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in pastry/baking.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, puddings and other desserts from scratch following the recipe to produce consistent results.
• Complete prep list, run station efficiently during shift, stock food as needed.
• Portion products, follow recipes, and ensure plate presentation looks great.
• Keep work station clean and follow sanitization standards.
