Qualifications

• 1 year of pastry/baking experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong English communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Bake breads, pastries, puddings and other desserts from scratch following recipes to ensure consistency.
• Complete prep list and efficiently run the station during shifts, stocking food as needed.
• Portion products and ensure plate presentation is attractive.
• Maintain clean and sanitized work station and follow food handling standards.
