North Italia in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Pastry Cook/Baker to craft breads, pastries, puddings and other desserts from scratch with consistent results. You’ll follow recipes, manage prep lists, and stock your station during shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of pastry/baking experience.
• Good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breads, pastries, puddings and other desserts from scratch following recipes.
• Complete prep list and efficiently run your station during the shift; stock food as needed.
• Portion and plate desserts with consistent presentation; follow all recipes.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized workstation and adhere to food handling standards.
