Job summary

Sedgwick Restaurant Group & Affiliated Restaurants in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an Experienced Pastry Cook to join the team. This role involves accurate pastry prep, portioning, labeling ingredients, and maintaining a clean kitchen as part of a dynamic BOH team.

You will prepare and portion pastry items, operate ovens and mixers, and support the pastry department with consistent quality and efficiency. Weekend and morning availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year pastry experience in a professional kitchen.
• Culinary school training is a plus.
• Must communicate clearly with Kitchen Team Members and Pastry Chef.
• Must be able to lift, reach, bend and stand for up to 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Execute all pastry prep assignments quickly, safely, and to TBB 122 standards.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation.
• Adhere to portion sizes, methods, and kitchen rules.
• Collaborate with line cooks to fulfill guest orders accurately and promptly.
• Assist pastry chef with daily duties as needed.
