Job summary

Harper Associates is seeking a bakery/pastry team member in Michigan to join a close-knit kitchen. The role offers hands-on training, opportunities to learn pastry production, and a friendly team environment.

Shifts run 4:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. or 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., with weekend and holiday availability required. Compensation is $17–$18 per hour plus weekly cash tips, based on experience.

Qualifications
