Job Title: Pastry Chef

Flik Hospitality Group is hiring immediately for an on-call Pastry Chef position at the IBM Learning Center, 20 Old Post Road, Armonk, NY 10504. Online applications are accepted only.

Requirements: Pastry and baking experience required. Internal Employee Referral Bonus available.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production and distribution of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
• Follow recipes and standards, control food costs, and prepare appropriate quantities.
• Ensure proper food handling, presentation, and temperature control.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the pastry kitchen.
• Supervise kitchen staff, including interviewing, scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Assist in planning seasonal menus.
• Order and manage pastry supplies and inventory.
