Responsibilities

• Produce a variety of breads, pastries and desserts per menus.
• Consult with Executive Chef on bread, pastry and dessert quantities.
• Confirm themes and/or décors to be followed.
• Provide courteous, fast and efficient customer service.
• Accommodate guest and client requests and needs.
• Maintain safe, sanitary food prep environment per standards.
• Comply with sanitation and regulatory requirements.
• Improve pastry quality by refining methods and recipes.
• Develop and test recipes; write pastry menus.
• Purchase ingredients, evaluate deliveries and manage inventory.
