Job Details

The Backal Hospitality Group is growing its culinary leadership team and is seeking an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to lead and develop the Pastry Program at Riverpark. Under the direction of the Executive Chef, this role will work in partnership to manage daily operations, menu development, mentorship, coaching, and foster relationships with purveyors, while demonstrating creative competencies.

Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of proven management experience within a fine dining or high-volume environment, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
