Job description

Cafe Baker, Pastry Chef

Location: CBD area, Western Food, Roastery Cafe, In-house Cakes

Focus: Pastry production, cheerful disposition

Responsibilities

1. Daily whipping cream production
2. Daily baking of sponge cakes, chiffon cakes, tart shells, cookies
3. Daily receipt of supplier goods and stock management
4. Daily cleaning of pastry equipment and dishwashing tools
5. Operation of smart system baking oven
6. Display of in-house cakes such as fruit shortcake, tarts, cheesecakes, tiramisu, carrot cake, chocolate chiffon cake, etc.

Team Operation Hours

8 am to 5 pm

Working Hours

Self-scheduled by team (e.g., 8 am to 4 pm / 9 am to 5 pm / 8 am to 5 pm)

Working Days

6 days per week with alternate off days on public holidays

Remuneration & Benefits

Gross salary: $2,500 (basic salary + allowance)

Basic salary: $2,200

Allowance: $300 (meal $180 + transportation $120)

Annual Bonus: up to $600

CNY Bonus: up to $200

Medical support: up to $200
