Key Responsibilities

• Develop unique dessert menus that incorporate traditional Pakistani flavors while also incorporating modern techniques and presentation styles.
• Manage all aspects of the pastry kitchen including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and overseeing food cost control.
• Train, mentor, and supervise pastry team members to ensure consistency in recipes and plating techniques.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create cohesive menus that complement the savory dishes.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and presented according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked kitchen at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
• Extensive knowledge of Pakistani cuisine as well as European pastry techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu/Hindi.
