The Mills House in Charleston, South Carolina is seeking a passionate Pastry Cook to join our historic hotel’s pastry team. You will assist in preparing, baking, and presenting a wide range of pastries and confections, collaborating with experienced pastry chefs to refine techniques and elevate our dessert program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years pastry experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Read, write, and speak English; understanding financial goals is a plus.

• Prepare, bake and present a wide variety of pastries, cakes and confections.
• Collaborate with Pastry Chefs to learn techniques and elevate dessert offerings.
