Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years pastry experience.
• College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality preferred.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members.
• Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates.
• Read, write and speak and understand English.
• Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, baking, and presentation of a wide variety of pastries, cakes, and confections.
• Collaborate with Pastry Chefs to learn new techniques and elevate dessert offerings.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and safety standards in all pastry operations.
• Support daily pastry production and inventory as needed.
