Davidson Hospitality Group seeks a Pastry Cook for Hotel Beauden, Autograph Collection in Downtown Orlando's Arts District. Join a dynamic pastry team to craft exquisite desserts and elevate our dessert program.

You will work with seasoned pastry chefs, learn new techniques, and contribute to dessert presentations that delight guests in a luxury boutique hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Pastry experience.
• College degree or certification in culinary field/hospitality field preferred.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates.
• Read, write and speak and understand English.
• Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and present pastries, cakes, and confections.
• Assist in dessert menu development with pastry team.
• Collaborate with Pastry Chefs to learn techniques and flavors.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards.
