Job summary

Davidson Hospitality Group is seeking a Pastry Cook for our Downtown Orlando property, Hotel Beauden, Autograph Collection. In this fast-paced culinary environment, you will craft a variety of pastries and desserts, collaborate with our pastry team, and contribute to the guest experience in a lively, art-filled setting.

You will learn new techniques, work with experienced chefs, and have opportunities for growth while enjoying competitive compensation and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Pastry experience.
• College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality preferred.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
• Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates.
• Read, write and speak and understand English.
• Ability to understand financial goals and accomplish them.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, baking, and presentation of a wide variety of pastries, cakes, and confections.
• Collaborate with our experienced Pastry Chefs, learn new techniques, and elevate dessert offerings.
• Support in execution of desserts and presentation to guests in a dynamic setting.
