• Seven+ years pastry & baking experience with supervisory responsibilities; fine dining preferred.
• College-level teaching experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative with other departments and teams; Microsoft Office proficiency.

• Motivate and guide aspiring culinary professionals to find their culinary voice.
• Train faculty in curriculum mastery and teaching skills as required.
• Represent ICE at on-campus events (open houses, demonstrations, events).
• Conduct in-classroom demonstrations as required by curriculum.
• Deliver clear, concise lectures both in-person and online.
• Assess student and faculty performance via observation and examinations.
• Ensure classes comply with food safety and sanitation principles.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance and performance.
• Attend meetings and faculty orientation; perform other duties as required.

EXPERIENCEANDEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimumofseven(7)yearspastry&bakingexperiencewithsomesupervisory responsibilities. Fine Dining experience highly preferred.
