Qualifications

• Character, shepherding heart, and love for the local church valued over credentials.

Responsibilities

• Theology alignment with Baptist Faith and Message 2000.
• Deliver faithful, Christ-centered sermons.
• Move congregation from passive attendance to active discipleship.
• Care for the flock through personal relationships and prayer.
• Open to bi-vocational candidates and accommodate outside work schedules.
