This full-time pastor will prioritize personal walk with Jesus, equip members for ministry, and shepherd a church of about 100 believers through biblically grounded preaching, discipleship, and community care.

Qualifications

• Must meet scriptural standards of 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9.
• Seminary degree is not required.
• Character, shepherding heart, and love for the local church valued over credentials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver faithful, Christ-centered sermons.
• Move congregation from passive attendance to active discipleship.

We are a multigenerational Southern Baptist congregation of approximately 100 believers. We love the Word of God, cherish our church family, and are seeking a faithful under-shepherd to lead us into our next season of gospel ministry.

Core Qualifications & Responsibilities

In alignment with the biblical blueprint of Mark 3:13-15, we are seeking a pastor who prioritizes his personal walk with Jesus (“that they might be with him”) and is committed to equipping our church members for ministry (“send them out”).

Qualifications: Must meet the scriptural standards of 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9. A seminary degree is not required. We value proven character, a shepherd’s heart, and a love for the local church above formal credentials.
