Responsibilities

• Assist Chef de Partie with daily kitchen preparation and production.
• Prepare fresh pasta, pasta dough, sauces, fillings, and other components according to recipes and specifications.
• Measure, portion, mix, roll, cut, shape, and store pasta as directed.
• Prepare vegetables, proteins, herbs, sauces, and other ingredients needed for the pasta station and daily service.
• Maintain proper organization and stocking of the assigned workstation.
• Assist with service and ensure food is prepared and presented to hotel standards.
