Job summary

Prospect Airport Services is seeking a people-centric leader to oversee the Ticket Counter segment of the Passenger Service operation at Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW). The role supports the General Manager to ensure the shift runs smoothly and maintains high service standards for travelers.

The ideal candidate will bring a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, able to obtain required credentials, and demonstrate proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring excellent customer service for all passengers
• Increase efficiency of staff
• Reduce wait time for passengers requiring wheelchair assistance
• Ensure accurate ticket counter logs are maintained
• Coordinate with other managers/supervisors
