Responsibilities

Position Summary

Huntleigh USA is seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Passenger Services Agents (Wheelchair Assistants) at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC). In this role, you will provide exceptional assistance to airline passengers requiring mobility support while ensuring a safe, positive, and professional travel experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist passengers requiring wheelchair services throughout the airport terminal.
• Escort passengers to and from gates, ticket counters, baggage claim areas, and other airport locations.
• Provide assistance during arrivals, departures, and flight connections.
• Safely transport passengers using wheelchairs and other mobility equipment.
• Communicate effectively with airline personnel, airport staff, and passengers.

• Ability to push and maneuver occupied wheelchairs safely.

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Schedule

• Evening shift beginning at 5:30 PM.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as operationally required.
