Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage services and reservations.
• Handle ticketing and check-in using computerized systems and resolve related issues.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration and Quarantine as needed.
• Assist ramp agents with wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked items.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards per company guidelines.
