Unifi Aviation, LLC in Portland, ME is seeking a part-time Passenger Services Agent to assist passengers with arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage, reservations, and inquiries.

No experience is required; paid training is provided. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers for arrivals, ticketing, check-in including boarding, baggage services, reservations, and inquiries.
• Operate a computerized ticketing/check-in system and assist with boarding and baggage handling.
• Guide passengers through Customs, Immigration and Quarantine as needed.
• Assist ramp agents with wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags during loading and arrival.
• Maintain safety procedures and follow company policies; perform related duties as assigned.
