Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is hiring an Airport Customer Service Agent on a part‑time basis at FSD. You will welcome passengers, assist with check‑in and boarding, manage baggage services and resolve enquiries with a focus on safety and customer care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.

Responsibilities

• Provide passenger service during arrivals, check-in, boarding, baggage handling and reservations.
• Assist passengers including those with special needs and unaccompanied minors.
• Direct passengers through security and immigration as needed.
• Support wheelchairs, strollers and gate-checked items; ensure safety rules are followed.
