Job summary

dnata is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to handle essential administrative tasks for international passengers before and after flights. Responsibilities include check-in, document verification, seat assignment, boarding passes, and baggage handling.

The role requires excellent communication, basic computer literacy, and the ability to work varied shifts in a busy airport environment. A valid driver's license and FAA/airport IDs are required.

Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license and FAA/airport IDs or authorizations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic check-in for international passengers.
• Verify documents for international and domestic flights.
• Assign passenger seats and ensure correct boarding passes.
• Verify ticket and seat reservations; match manifest to onboard count.
• Announce arrivals/departures as needed; provide passenger information.
• Coordinate with Airlines, Customer Service Reps and Ground Handlers.
• Assist with baggage tagging and reports.
• Maintain knowledge of flight times during shift.

Job description

As a dnata Passenger Service Agent

You have an essential role of handling administrative procedures for international passengers before and after a flight, including but not limited to:

• Electronic check-in of passengers for international travel
• Verification of documents for international and domestic flights
• Assign passenger seats
• Ensure correct boarding passes are provided to each passenger for the assigned flight
• Verify ticket and seat reservations
• Match manifest to on-board count
• Announce arrivals and departures as necessary
• Provide information to passengers/customers as requested
• Connect/disconnect Jetway/stairs as necessary
• Assist with baggage tagging and baggage claim reports
• Maintain current knowledge of all flight times during designated shift
• Maintain liaison with Airlines, Customer Service Representatives and Ground Handlers
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain a valid state driver's license and other FAA/Airport required identification/seals or authorizations
• Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess basic computer literacy
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and walk for extended periods of time
• Push, pull, lift, and load up to 70 pounds
• Exceptional customer service skills

Benefits
