Job summary

Hornblower Group is seeking a Guest Service Agent to serve as a ticket agent, customer service representative, and ambassador at our terminal locations in Ceiba, Culebra, and Vieques, Puerto Rico. You will sell tickets, answer inquiries, and help manage passenger queues while promoting the mobile app.

Responsibilities include handling cash and card sales, maintaining accurate cash counts, and ensuring passengers are informed about service options and boarding directions.

Qualifications

• Position requires working on the Ceiba, Vieques, and Culebra waterfront.
• Experience in ferry, transit, hospitality, or attraction industries preferred.
• Customer service, retail, or visitor services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell ferry tickets and manage cash/credit card sales in high volume.
• Answer questions and guide passengers on ticketing options.
• Maintain queue discipline and provide direction to riders.
• Promote mobile ticketing app and assist with boarding procedures.
• Communicate delays or incidents to managers and other sites.
• Stand for long periods and work outdoors in all weather.
