Job summary

Accenture is seeking an ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Specialist to lead design, development and implementation of Körber PAS-X MES in a highly automated Life Sciences setting. You will author EBRs, integrate MES with ERP and control equipment, and validate configurations to meet GxP standards.

Travel may be required; strong collaboration with business users and management is essential. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (3+ years’ experience if no degree) is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Körber PAS-X MES in a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead in design, development, documentation, and implementation of Körber PAS-X MES.
• Design/Author/Develop/Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR).
• Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment.
• Document MES configuration and validation of EBRs.
• Collaborate with management and users to define needs and design value-added solutions.
• Document and analyze business information needs and ensure GxP-compliant delivery.
• Respond to client proposals and manage client relationships.
