Job summary

Accenture is seeking an ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Specialist to lead design, development, and validation of Körber PAS-X MES in a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment. The role may sit anywhere in the US near an Accenture Corporate Office, and may require travel up to 100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Körber PAS-X MES in Life Sciences manufacturing.
• Knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with action items.
• Understanding of Life Sciences validation processes.
• Working knowledge of SDLC and support methodologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; Associate’s Degree requires extra work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, documentation, and implementation of Körber PAS-X MES.
• Design/Author/Develop/Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR).
• Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment.
• Document MES configuration and validate EBRs.
• Collaborate with management and users to define needs and design value-added solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet GxP standards and document information requirements.
• Support client proposals and manage client relationships.
