Job summary

Accenture seeks an ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Specialist to advance digitalization in Life Sciences. You will design, implement, and validate Körber PAS-X MES solutions, author EBRs, and integrate with ERP and control systems.

You will work closely with management to define needs and deliver value-driven MES configurations while ensuring GxP compliance. The role emphasizes collaboration, SDLC understanding, and strong communication as you build client relationships and respond to

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Körber PAS-X MES in a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and follow up with action items.
• Understanding of Life Sciences validation processes.
• Working knowledge of SDLC and support methodologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (min 3 years work experience) (If Associate’s Degree, equivalent min 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Körber PAS-X MES.
• Design/Author/Develop/Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR).
• Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment.
• Documentation of MES configuration and validation of EBRs.
• Work closely with business management and users to define needs and design value-added solutions.
• Document and analyze information needs of the business and ensure appropriate solutions per GxP standards.
• Respond to requests for client proposals.
• Manage and develop client relationships.
