Job summary

Accenture seeks a Manufacturing Systems (MES) Specialist to drive design, development, and deployment of Körber PAS-X MES in a life sciences setting. You will author and configure EBRs, integrate MES with ERP and control systems, and document configurations with validation aligned to GxP standards.

You will engage with management and users to capture needs, define solutions, and respond to client proposals while building strong client relationships across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Körber PAS-X MES in highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing.
• Knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Understanding of Life Sciences validation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Körber PAS-X MES.
• Design/Author/Develop/Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR).
• Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment.
• Documentation of MES configuration and validation of EBRs.
• Work closely with business management and users to define needs and design value-added solutions.
• Document and analyze information needs and ensure solutions meet GxP standards.
