Job summary

Accenture is seeking an ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Specialist to lead design, development, and validation of Körber PAS-X MES in a highly automated Life Sciences setting. You will design and configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR) and ensure ERP integration while documenting configurations and validating EBRs.

Travel may be required (0–100%), and collaboration with management and users will define needs and deliver value within GxP standards.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience with Körber PAS-X MES in a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Understanding of SDLC and support methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, documentation, and implementation of Körber PAS-X MES.
Design/Author/Develop/Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR).
Integrate MES with ERP and control equipment and document configurations.
Document MES configuration and validation of EBRs.
Collaborate with management and users to define needs and deliver value.
Define information needs and ensure solutions meet GxP standards.
Respond to client proposals and manage client relationships.
