Job summary

Accenture is seeking an ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Specialist to lead design, development and validation of Körber PAS-X MES in a highly automated Life Sciences setting. The role supports near Accenture corporate offices across the US, with travel as needed.

You will collaborate with management and users, document MES configurations, integrate with ERP, and ensure compliance with FDA/GMP while enabling digital manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with Körber PAS-X MES in a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of FDA and GMP guidelines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Understanding of Life Sciences validation processes.
• Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and support methodologies.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; if Associate’s Degree, equivalent minimum 6 years work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead in the design, development, documentation, and implementation of Körber PAS-X MES
• Design/Author/Develop/Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR)
• Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment
• Documentation of MES configuration and validation of EBRs
• Work with business management and users to define needs and design value-added solutions
• Document and analyze information needs and ensure compliant solutions per GxP
• Respond to client proposals and manage client relationships
