Job summary

Accenture seeks an ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of Körber PAS-X MES in a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment. The role requires strong GxP awareness, SDLC experience, and collaboration across teams.

Travel may be required; near an Accenture Corporate Office in the US is acceptable. The role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to drive digital manufacturing transformations.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Körber PAS-X MES solutions in a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, documentation, and implementation of Körber PAS-X MES.
• Design/Author/Develop/Configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR)
• Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment
• Documentation of MES configuration and validation of EBRs
• Collaborate with management and users to define needs and design value-adding solutions
• Document and analyze business information needs and ensure GxP-compliant solutions
• Respond to client proposals and manage client relationships
