Job summary

Accenture is seeking an ambitious Manufacturing Systems (MES) Specialist to advance digital manufacturing in Life Sciences. You will lead design and deployment of Körber PAS-X MES, author EBRs, and integrate MES with ERP and control systems. You will work with business users to define needs and ensure compliant solutions under GxP guidelines.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and ability to travel as needed. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years in PAS-X is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Körber PAS-X MES in a highly automated Life Sciences manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with FDA and GMP guidelines is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, documentation and implementation of Körber PAS-X MES.
• Design, author and develop Electronic Batch Records (EBR).
• Implement MES solutions and integrate with ERP and control equipment.
• Document MES configuration and validate EBRs.
• Define needs with business users and design value-adding solutions.
