Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes.
• Engage with clients of all ages to create an environment of fun and creativity.
• Demonstrate and instruct craft projects; perform face painting and activities.
• Coordinate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons to company standards.
• Handle customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure fast checkout.
• Communicate events with clients and store team; complete emails and calls.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and SOP adherence.
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.
