Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate events (e.g., children’s birthday parties and craft classes).
• Engage with customers of all ages and provide solutions while ensuring a fun experience.
• Assist customers, locate products, and provide fast, friendly checkout.
• Enrollment in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; educate on VOC surveys.
• Participate in omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and store operations like stocking and planograms.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; assist with truck unloads and merchandising tasks.
