Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate events including kids parties and craft classes.
• Engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun, creative environment.
• Demonstrate crafts and assist with party activities such as face painting.
• Coordinate add-ons like goody bags and balloons to company standards.
• Assist customers, answer emails and calls, and complete paperwork as needed.
• Support store operations including stocking, planograms, and daily recovery tasks.
