Job summary

Actalent is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our Somerville, NJ team. This permanent, onsite role involves preparing Title, ALTA, and Topographic surveys, as-built surveys, and performing construction stakeouts on varied projects.

You will ensure compliance with New Jersey state, county, and local regulations while collaborating with project teams to deliver accurate, timely survey data and maintain high standards of quality and safety on-site.

Qualifications

• Land surveying expertise required.
• Experience with topographic, boundary and ALTA surveys.
• Proficient in site plan, subdivision land development, roadway, grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, and water systems design.
• Familiar with NJ state, county, local regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
